Daily Discipline and Long Term Progress

One of the best podcasts I follow, Ben Bergeron’s Chasing Excellence deals with improvement in all areas of life. Daily Discipline is one of the episodes that has changed how I approach my days and how I approach looking at progress.

Ben’s main point here is that instead of chasing arbitrary goals years off, we are better served by making sure we put in effort every day in the areas we want to improve.
